The Portable Spa Package begins at the spa installation date, includes the manufacturer’s warranty and may extend the warranty up to a total of 3, 5 or 7 years. The duration of the manufacturer’s parts and labor warranty determines the price of the extended warranty. The Plan provides coverage for a maximum of 2 pumps (maximum of 4.5 HP each), 1 electric heater (maximum size of 12kw), 1 air pump (maximum size of 2 HP), circuit board, control panel and one plumbing failure (limited to 5 years) related to water loss. The Plan includes a maximum of 2 pumps, 1 electric heater (maximum size, 1 air pump (maximum size of 2HP), ozone purification system, circuit board and control panel. The equipment must be in good operating order at the time of application submittal and less than 10 years old. Either Plan may be renewed until the spa reaches a maximum of 9 years in age at the option of the Program Administrator.
